Personal Release Sessions

1 on 1 Healing Release Sessions with Liam 

This is where you can book a one-on-one Energetic Release Session with me.

These sessions are designed for maximum absorption of what needs to be brought up to the conscious by offering live audio recordings of whats coming through for release.

Rather than you attending by phone cqll or zoom, you will be resting somewhere quiet in your own personal space during session time, setting an intention to open your energy to what needs to leave. This is your sacred time and a great excuse to rest and put aside daily activities. This is what I mean by it’s not your usual meeting. If you’re busy at work or unable to carve out some personal space during the session time that’s ok too, you will still benefit from the releases and listening to the audio, however you may miss the subtle noticing of what takes place internally during the session time.

Meanwhile, during the session time, your subconscious energy will be communicating through me as a living stream of translated energy via sight, feeling, texture, and voice.

The entire live session is audio recorded and sent to your email right after. The releases are happening live during the session time, but continue releasing deeper as you listen to the recording after and absorb what’s coming through.

This is a very powerful way of remembering and releasing, as the audio recording is available to you to re listen to anytime so you can bring more of what was previously in the subconscious and unconscious, to the conscious.

Notice how you feel going into the session, after the session time, and during and after you listen to the recording.

I would recommend listening to your audio recording more than once, to pick up on anything you missed the first time and to also notice any internal changes and differences along the way.

How This Works…

Choose your focus

So now you’ve decided you want to have a 1 on 1 healing release session with Liam. What now? Now you choose your focus for release.

Your focus for release could be of any topic in your complete awareness: emotional, mental, physical, or spiritual.

This could be wanting to release energy from just about anything and everything, some examples include:

-Physical injury, ailment, or disease

-annoying or burdensome mental cycles, blocks, or brain fog, voices in your head that don’t feel like yours, have trouble making decisions, feel insecure

-emotional wounds of the past, family related stuff, unhealthy relationships with others and yourself, depression and other heavy emotions

-seeking a deeper connection with your spirit, feeling lost and ungrounded, seeking guidance and what’s in the way of that

These are just a few examples. What’s coming up in you that is most pressing?

Or…Let your subconscious decide..

Yes if you don’t know what to focus on, or you’re just curious of whats inside and wanting to be expressed, then you can give it up to your subconscious energy to decide what wants to be released and brought up to the conscious. This can be a fun and exciting way as an introduction to this work, after all, our lives are just a grand experiment!

Either way, you are getting the release you need.

What comes up as common releases:

-Emotional energies (yours, inherited, absorbed, there are many ways you can harbour emotions)

-External energies such as entities (many varieties), phone and technology hooks, impressions from others

-unbeneficial beliefs, ideas, and perceptions of your reality

-Identity and personality qualities wanting to be released or understood

-Curse lines and what’s connected to them

-Intentional grounding and connection to your Spirit

-What’s adding to the veil of perspective

-New ways of relating to your external and internal environments

Before & After Care:

  • Before your session: It is recommended to come in with a state of neutrality, openness, and curiosity. This will open up your energy field for more potential and opportunity of release. Notice how you feel going into the session.

  • After your session: Notice any shifts or changes either immediately during/after the session, or weeks/months later. There is no right or wrong way to feel.

  • Keep in mind it may take more than one session to get the results you are looking for.

‍ ‍Pet and Animal Release Sessions

Sign up your pets!

Yes you can have your pet or animal signed up for a private release session and they can enjoy the benefits of feeling lighter.  Animals are almost always keen to have some trapped energy released. Same goes for them; I will need their species, name, age, and focus topic of release. The session audio will be sent to your email right after the session.
